❌ No Return & No Refund Policy (After Shipping)

All products sold on Candezzle are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been shipped or delivered.

Due to the nature of our products (scented candles and handcrafted items), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after dispatch under normal circumstances.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund once shipped:

Opened or used products

Handmade or customized products

Products purchased during sales or special offers

Products damaged due to improper handling or use

💳 Order Cancellation & Refund (Before Shipping)

If an order is cancelled by Candezzle before it is shipped, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customer-initiated cancellations after shipping are not eligible for refund.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Product (Special Case)

If you receive:

A damaged product, or

A product different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

After verification, we may offer:

A replacement, or

Another non-monetary resolution at our discretion
